INTRODUCTION

Participation in the game is free of charge, with no obligation to purchase, play or otherwise. Anyone over the age of 18 who is not prohibited from gambling is allowed to participate, with the exception of employees of Groupe Lucien Barrière and their families.

PARTICIPATION

You do not have a GAMRFIRST player account yet:

From Friday, 18 March to Sunday, 19 June 2022, every person who registers on "gamrfirst.ch" and verifies his or her account (by providing a copy of an ID document and proof of residence in Switzerland) will receive a participation ballot (once for the entire duration of the game*).

You already have a GAMRFIRST player account:

From Friday, 18 March to Sunday, 19 June 2022, each person who logs into his or her player account on the "gamrfirst.ch" website will receive a participation ballot (once for the entire duration of the game*).

You have linked your GAMRFIRST player account to your Club Barrière Montreux card:

From Friday, 18 March to Sunday, 19 June 2022,, if the player is a Club Barrière Montreux member and has linked his GAMRFIRST account by means of his Club card, he obtains an entry form at each connection (up to once a day).

Players who do not wish to participate can unsubscribe by writing to marketing@gamrfirst.ch

*You will only receive one participation ballot regardless of how many times you log into your player account during the Tesla Game (Friday 18 March to Sunday 19 June 2022).

PARTICIPATION

From Friday 18 March to Sunday 19 June 2022, visitors to the land-based casinos of Montreux, Fribourg and Courrendlin will be able to scan a QR code on various display media outside the Casinos (off and online) to try to win a Tesla.

Once the QR code is flashed through a smartphone, the customer will be sent directly to a mini website.

The visitor starts the game and must provide full details (last name, first name, date of birth, telephone number, email, NPA, CLUB member, home casino).

He will then have to accept the terms and conditions of the game by clicking on the “I participate” button.

An email will be sent to the participant with confirmation of their participation for the draw on Saturday 25 June from 9pm.

The client will only be able to play the game once during the campaign via this platform.

If the customer registers several times he will automatically lose.

Any fraud attempt will result in exclusion from the game and loss of a potential prize.

PARTICIPATION

Casinos Montreux, Fribourg, Courrendlin

Alongside these two processes, members of the Barrière Club of Courrendlin, Fribourg and Montreux Casinos will also be able to try to win the Tesla Y.

Every day from Friday, March 18 to Sunday, June 19, 2022, all Club members will receive participation ballots for the draw at each visit via a gaming terminal by scanning their card on the terminal.

Privilège members: 1 ballot issued for each participation

Or members: 2 ballots issued for each participation

Platine members: 3 ballots issued for each participation

Premium members: 4 ballots issued for each participation

Ultime members: 5 ballots issued for each participation

The name and surname of each client will be automatically entered on the ballots and the client will have to deposit them in a ballot box in the playroom.

Draw Saturday 25 June 2022 from 9 p.m.

On Monday 20 June 2022, the marketing department will extract the electronic file of all participants in the game:

All participation in the game will be printed in as many paper bulletins specific to each participant.

The ballots will be placed in an urn before the final draw on Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 9 p.m.

The draw will be broadcast live on the big screen in the 3 Swiss Barrière Casinos.

Attendance at this draw is mandatory in one of the 3 Casinos to claim the prize.

Only tickets with the same information as the ID will be considered valid.

The information collected as part of the Game may be used by the Barrière Group and its partners for marketing purposes. The winner is responsible for the insurance of the vehicle, travel expenses to acknowledge receipt of the vehicle at one of the 3 casinos, any deductible, insurance or tax related to the possession and registration of the vehicle in Switzerland or abroad.
